Contact Last License

Send a question the team can act on.

Ask about product fit before ordering, or use your customer-portal account for an order, renewal, activation, configuration, or billing question. A precise message protects your time: identify the product, environment, order reference, and the result you expected.

Email support

For pre-sales and general support: support@lastlicense.com. Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery codes, payment credentials, or unrestricted server access by ordinary email.

Email support

Choose the right channel

Keep an account-specific issue with its portal record

The customer portal is the best starting point for an existing order because the account, invoice, subscription, license, renewal, and prior support context remain together. The Help Center is for published guidance. Email is useful for a pre-sales question or when you cannot reach the correct portal record. Last License does not advertise telephone support or social-media support, so do not rely on an unofficial account claiming to handle payments or access.

Before you send

Include enough context for one useful reply

Product-fit question

Name the software, server class, operating system, control panel, and edition or usage limit you need confirmed. Do not send passwords.

Existing order

Include the portal account email, order or invoice reference, product name, target server IP when relevant, and the exact status shown in the portal.

Technical issue

Include the exact error text, time and timezone, software and OS versions, steps already tried, and whether the issue began after an update or migration.

Billing or cancellation

Include the invoice or subscription reference and the correction requested. Never send full card, bank, or authentication credentials by email.

Support timing and scope

The public service terms do not promise a guaranteed first-response time, resolution time, 24/7 coverage, managed administration, or service uptime. Support for current listings covers the purchased license and related configuration on a best-effort basis unless a written order says otherwise. If a response deadline is essential to your operation, ask for written confirmation before purchase and keep your own administrator, monitoring, backup, and incident process in place.

Privacy and access safety

Start with non-sensitive diagnostics. If temporary access becomes necessary, agree on the approved channel and least privilege first, use a time-limited credential where possible, and revoke it after the work. Review the privacy policy and terms of service before sending account or server information.
