1. LastLicense.com

The public website loads Umami analytics and Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure, analytics, and chat/search services. During an anonymous homepage test, those services made network requests but did not leave a browser cookie, local-storage value, or session-storage value.

Standard request data—such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and timing—may still be processed by Last License, Cloudflare, and Umami to deliver the site, measure usage, prevent abuse, and operate the chat/search feature.

2. Customer portal session

The customer portal sets a session cookie with a dynamically generated WHMCS name. In our anonymous test it was limited to panel.lastlicense.com, marked Secure and HttpOnly, used SameSite=Lax, and expired with the browser session. It supports the cart, login state, request security, and account workflow.

Login, checkout, payment, language, or fraud-prevention steps may create additional essential cookies when those features are used. The exact set can change as the portal and payment methods change.

3. Your browser controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the portal session cookie may prevent the cart, login, checkout, account dashboard, or support area from working. The public catalogue remains available without logging in.

4. Changes and checks

Services and cookie behavior can change. We will update this policy when the public site or portal adds a materially different tracking, storage, or consent requirement. You can also inspect current cookies and storage in your browser’s privacy or developer tools.
