Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

These terms apply to LastLicense.com, the customer portal, support, and monthly hosting software license orders. Read the product requirements and refund policy before paying.

1. Accepting these terms

By using the website, creating a portal account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you order for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that customer and provide the required server details.

2. What Last License supplies

Last License supplies monthly access to third-party hosting software licenses across control panels, billing, security, backups, virtualization, web servers, and site tools. Access is delivered through shared license infrastructure, which keeps the listed monthly prices low. The customer portal handles registration, payment, license access, renewals, IP changes, account changes, and support.

3. Third-party software

Product names, software, documentation, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Last License does not claim to publish those products. Your use of a license remains subject to the applicable publisher’s terms, technical requirements, supported versions, and acceptable-use rules in addition to these terms.

4. Account security

Provide accurate account and billing information, keep credentials confidential, and update information that changes. You are responsible for activity through your account until you notify support of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share an account in a way that defeats its security controls.

5. Choosing and configuring a plan

You are responsible for selecting the software and server class that matches the target environment. Product configuration can require an IP address, hostname, domain, account, or another identifier. If an edition, domain limit, client limit, operating system, control-panel combination, or migration detail matters and is not stated, ask support to confirm it before payment.

6. License use

Each order is limited to one active server IP at a time. You may change the assigned IP without a stated numerical limit through the customer portal, but the previous IP must no longer use that order. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, circumvent, tamper with, or use the license outside the purchased scope.

7. Prices, billing, and renewals

Prices are shown in US dollars unless the portal displays another selected currency. The public catalogue emphasizes monthly prices; the checkout may offer additional billing cycles. Confirm the product, cycle, amount, currency, and required details before paying. A late or failed payment can suspend the affected license. A changed future price will apply only as stated in the portal or notice associated with the subscription.

8. License activation and support scope

Support covers installation of the licensing component, IP assignment, activation, and checks that the purchased license functions. It does not cover administration or troubleshooting of cPanel or another underlying product, migration, server management, security work, or recovery from a breach. Supply the product, order reference, target IP, server details, and license error through an approved support channel. No response time or service level is promised unless it is stated in writing for the order.

9. Cancellations and final sales

You can cancel future renewal through the customer portal. Provisioned, delivered, assigned, or activated digital licenses are final sales and are not refunded for unused time, a wrong-plan choice, or a change of mind. Missing delivery, duplicate charges, activation issues, and billing errors must be reported to support under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

Last License may suspend or terminate affected access for non-payment, fraud, chargeback review, security risk, unlawful use, publisher restriction, misuse of a license, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, the action will be limited to the affected account, order, or license.

11. Availability and external dependencies

The website, portal, payment services, publisher systems, and software update endpoints can be interrupted by maintenance, outages, security events, or third-party changes. Last License does not guarantee uninterrupted access or continued availability of a third-party product, version, feature, or publisher service.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Last License is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from the service or third-party software. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected license during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Changes and applicable law

Updated terms will be posted here with a new date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any dispute must be brought before a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and claim.
