Last License provides monthly software licenses for hosting environments, including server control panel products, billing automation products, and related hosting software. Our services include license provisioning, activation support, and access to a customer portal for account and subscription management. The marketing site serves as a product catalogue; registration, payment, and license management take place on the customer portal.

3. Account Registration

To purchase licenses, you must register an account through our customer portal. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. License Usage

Each software license is issued for the server, domain, hostname, account, or other license identifier required by that specific product at the time of provisioning. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared outside the purchased plan. You agree to comply with the terms set by the applicable software vendor in addition to these Terms of Service.

5. Payment and Billing

All license subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your license.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital software licenses, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software products referenced through Last License are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Last License does not claim ownership of third-party software names, platforms, or trademarks. The Last License name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Last License provides software licenses on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the license during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or limit access to our services for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control without prior notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to our business or other customers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law
