No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software licenses, all sales are final. Once a license has been provisioned or delivered, we are unable to revoke, recall, or resell it. As a result, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any license purchases.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our licenses are digital products that are:

• Instantly provisioned upon successful payment
• Tied to a specific server, domain, hostname, or account identifier where applicable
• Non-transferable once activated or assigned
• Digital access products that cannot be returned after provisioning

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this no-refund policy.

License Activation Issues

If you experience issues activating or using your license, please contact our support team at support@lastlicense.com. We provide free configuration and setup support to help resolve any activation or compatibility problems. While we do not issue refunds, we are committed to ensuring your license works as described.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any period already billed. Your license will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to immediately suspend all services associated with your account in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
